PREPARATION METHOD FOR ANTITHYROID OINTMENT FOR EXTERNAL APPLICATION

A preparation method for an antithyroid ointment for external application. The composition of the ointment is: the mass percentage of a glucocorticoid is 0.01-10%, the mass percentage of an antithyroid drug is 1-15%, the mass percentage of a transdermal enhancer is 0.1-30%, the mass percentage of an oleaginous base is 10-30%, and the mass percentage of a water-soluble base is 4-40%. The following method is used for preparation: the glucocorticoid is mixed with a drug carrier material, so that the glucocorticoid is evenly dispersed on the drug carrier material; the antithyroid drug and other ingredients are added to distilled water, mixed evenly, heated to 80^oC and mixed evenly, and a water phase is obtained; the oil-soluble base and the penetration enhancer are heated to 80^oC to be molten and mixed evenly, and an oil phase is obtained; whilst the temperature is maintained at 80^oC, the oil phase is poured into the water phase and stirred evenly; when the temperature has dropped to 40^oC, the glucocorticoid component is added; the ointment is obtained via thorough, even stirring and cooling.
