Provided are: a method for producing a phosphor-attached glass powder, which is capable of dispersing inorganic phosphor nanoparticles in a good state; a method for producing a wavelength conversion member using the above-described production method; and a wavelength conversion member.A method for producing a phosphor-attached glass powder (1) wherein inorganic phosphor nanoparticles (3) are attached to the surface of a glass powder (2) is characterized by comprising: a step wherein the inorganic phosphor nanoparticles (3) and the glass powder (2) are brought into contact with each other in a liquid wherein the inorganic phosphor nanoparticles (3) are dispersed in a dispersion medium; and a step wherein the inorganic phosphor nanoparticles (3) are attached to the surface of the glass powder (2) by removing the dispersion medium in the liquid.
