Provided are a handwritten content processing system, an information processing device, a program, a reading device, and a notebook, which: enable auto-processing of handwriting information obtained by converting handwriting that has been handwritten on a handwriting sheet into digital data; enable a user to freely configure a method for processing the handwriting information; and enable the user to easily select a method for processing the handwriting information. The handwritten content processing system is provided with: a configuration information receiving means (101) for receiving input of the configuration information in which a processing definition that defines processing to be executed on the handwriting information is associated with a processing identifier for identifying the processing definition; a configuration information storage means (102) for storing the configuration information; a handwriting information acquisition means (103) for acquiring, as the handwriting information, handwriting that has been handwritten on the handwriting sheet; a processing identifier acquisition means (104) for acquiring a processing identifier written on the handwriting sheet; and a handwriting information processing means (105) for executing, with respect to the handwriting information acquired by the handwriting information acquisition means (103), processing defined by a processing definition associated with the acquired processing identifier.
