A method and device for determining a fracture strike based on a travel time method, the method comprising: obtaining common midpoint channel set data before three-dimensional dynamic correction, common midpoint coordinates and an in-line azimuthal angle; using the common midpoint coordinates as the center of a circle, and the orientation of the in-line azimuthal angle as a start orientation to arrange lines counterclockwise at a preset angle; obtaining, according to azimuthal lines, azimuthal common midpoint channel set data from the common midpoint channel set data; selecting a target layer according to the azimuthal common midpoint channel set data and determining a plurality of offset azimuthal travel times of the target layer; and using a statistical method and a weighted average method to implement a least square method and a weighted average on multiple pairs of azimuthal lines and different offset azimuthal travel time differences on each pair of azimuthal lines to obtain a fracture strike. The device comprises a plurality of functional modules performing steps of the method. The method and device reduce randomness and uncertainty of errors when predicting a fracture strike using an existing travel time difference method, improving the precision and stability of a fracture prediction result of a travel time difference method.
