The present invention relates to a 3D modeling device and a 3D modeling system using the same, and provides a three-dimensional modeling device comprising: a belt-type modeling material feeding module (10) including a modeling material feeding part (12) for feeding modeling material particles charged with a predetermined electric charge, and a modeling belt (11) traveling by forming an endless track and has, on the outer side of the track, a modeling preparation layer (2)formed by the modeling material particles received from the modeling material feeding part (12); a wire mesh (20) performing a function of selectively isolating, from the modeling belt (11), modeling layer particles (3) from the modeling preparation layer (2) while positioned at the lower part of the modeling belt (11), and provided with a plurality of mesh cells; a first electrification device (30) for providing a first voltage to a surface of the modeling belt (11) and providing a second voltage, among the mesh cells, to one or more pressing mesh cells (24) corresponding to the modeling layer particles (3); a modeling stage module (40) positioned at the lower part of the wire mesh (20), and including a modeling stage (41) on which the modeling layer particles (3), which are isolated from the modeling belt (11), are mounted after passing through openings of the pressing mesh cells (24); and a light source module (50) for melting or sintering the modeling layer particles (3) so as to form a modeling layer, wherein the isolation of the modeling layer particles (3) from the modeling belt (11) is caused by an electric field formed between the modeling belt (11) and the pressing mesh cells (24) by the first voltage and the second voltage.
