The present invention relates to a phase change material (PCM) pack containing a nucleating agent and n-tetradecane. More specifically, the present invention relates to a phase change material pack comprising a body part in which a nucleating agent is added to n-tetradecane, a paraffin-based hydrocarbon, which is an organic phase change material, the body part being sealed so as to prevent such substances in a liquid phase from leaking out. The n-tetradecane phase change material pack having a nucleating agent added thereto has a significantly shorter freezing time than existing phase change material packs having no nucleating agent, thereby increasing the price competiveness of products through the reduction of power consumption. In addition, when a large volume of phase change material packs are frozen or the same phase change material pack is reused, the repeatability to be frozen at the same temperature is significantly improved compared with existing phase change material packs having no nucleating agent.
