The present invention relates to a phase change material pack including a nucleating agent and n-tetradecane. More specifically, the phase change material pack includes has a nucleating agent added to a paraffin-based hydrocarbon n-tetradecane which is a phase change material (PCM) and includes a body part sealed to prevent the liquid materials from being leaked to the outside. In case of the n-tetradecane phase change material pack added with the nucleating agent, the freezing time is extremely reduced compared with an existing phase change material pack not added with a nucleating agent to have an advantage of improving price competitiveness of a product through reduction of power consumption. Moreover, in case of freezing a large amount of phase change material packs or case of reusing the same phase change material pack, the reproducibility of being frozen at the same temperature is extremely improved compared with an existing phase change material pack not added with a nucleating agent.
