The present invention relates to a digitizer having an improvement in positioning accuracy and, more particularly, to a digitizer having an improvement positioning accuracy, which collects multiple pieces of position information on a magnetic force pen by multiple magnetic force sensors installed inside the digitizer, and determines a position of the magnetic force pen using only position information selected according to a specific criterion among the multiple pieces of position information. According to the present invention, only information having the highest reliability among the multiple pieces of position information on the magnetic force pen measured by the multiple magnetic force sensors can be used so that the accuracy of positioning the magnetic force pen can be improved.
