[Solution] A core pin assembly 20 is formed from a core pin 22, a pipe member 24, and an intermediate passage forming member 26. In the core pin 22, an axial center hole 32a is formed along the axial center line, and side holes 32b, 32c are formed in a direction parallel to the axial center line on both sides of a through hole 25 formed in a retention part 22b. The pipe member 24 is installed inside an axial center hole 34b on the pin section side so as to form a double tube structure with a pin-section inner hole 34b1. On the intermediate passage forming member 26, pipe members 52, 54 for forming a double tube structure are installed inside an axial center hole 34a on the base section side.
