An adjusting support for a projecting device comprises: a base (1); an X-axis adjusting platform (2), slidably connected to the base (1); a Y-axis adjusting platform (3), slidably connected to the X-axis adjusting platform (2); a rotatably-adjusting platform (4), rotatably connected to the Y-axis adjusting platform (3); and an angle adjusting platform (5). The sliding direction of the X-axis adjusting platform (2) is perpendicular to the sliding direction of the Y-axis adjusting platform (3). The angle adjusting platform (5) is provided with a threaded stud (51). The threaded stud (51) is perpendicular to the rotatably-adjusting platform (4) and is in threaded connection to the rotatably-adjusting platform (4). Also provided is a projecting device comprising the adjusting support.
