The present invention relates to an online shopping support system and method based on the lowest purchase price. The shopping support system according to the present invention is characterized by comprising: an information collecting unit for collecting shopping information including merchandise purchase price information and merchandise purchase history information of online mall customers; a lowest price calculating unit for calculating the lowest purchase price for each item of merchandise on the basis of the collected shopping information and predetermined lowest price generating rules; and a guide providing unit for providing a customer with a shopping guide enabling merchandise to be purchased at the calculated lowest purchase price. Thus, accurate lowest purchase prices can be calculated, and online shopping based thereon can be supported, so that customers can save time, and reasonable shopping is made possible.
