ARTICULATED SYSTEM-BASED HYDRAULIC BUFFER FOR REALIZING SAFE TURN-BACK OF VEHICLE, AND METHOD THEREFOR

An articulated system-based hydraulic buffer for realizing safe turn-back of an articulated vehicle. The hydraulic buffer comprises a basic damping oil passage and a pressurizing control oil passage that are connected in parallel to form an articulated damping pressure control oil passage. An oil return passage is disposed between the articulated damping pressure control oil passage and an oil storage tank (5). A second oil absorbing passage is disposed between the oil storage tank (5) and a rod cavity (43). A safe locking oil passage is disposed between the rod cavity (43) and the oil return passage. A reversing assembly (75) is disposed in a second oil pressure passage. Also provided is a method for realizing safe turn-back of an articulated vehicle by means of the hydraulic buffer. By using the articulated system-based hydraulic buffer for realizing safe turn-back of a vehicle and the method therefor in the present invention, the vehicle can easily and quickly turn back, so that the dragging of the vehicle during turn-back and the drifting of the vehicle after returning are avoided; when an accident occurs on the vehicle, the shape of the vehicle can be kept as the accident occurs, a larger hazard is avoided, and the application range is wider.
