The present invention relates to an anti-counterfeiting film, comprising a base layer film, a printed layer, a laser layer, and an aluminum-plated layer. A preparation technique for the anti-counterfeiting film, comprising: selecting a base layer film; printing an anti-counterfeiting pattern on the base layer film to form the printed layer; laser engraving the base layer film or the printed layer, or transferring the laser layer; coating the area that does not need to exhibit a metallic luster with a water-washable ink so as to form a water-washable ink layer, and aluminum-plating all to form the aluminum-plated layer; water-washing the water-washable ink layer so as to wash away the water-washable ink layer and the aluminum-plated layer above to complete manufacturing. A coating technique, comprising: manufacturing said anti-counterfeiting film; coating an adhesive to the back of the base layer film of the anti-counterfeiting film, and affixing the anti-counterfeiting film to the surface of an iron material, so that the anti-counterfeiting film firmly adheres to the iron material. In the present invention, floral patterns are printed on the base layer film and laser effects are positioned and integrated, such that a multi-layer combined film is formed and is then compounded with an iron sheet by means of adhering to form the final anti-counterfeiting film-covered iron. The present invention has various anti-counterfeiting types with vivid patterns, bright colors, and relatively strong anti-counterfeiting effects.
