The purpose of the present invention is to realize effective simulation, for transplant surgery, which allows transplantation of a cornea having a shape in which optimal optical characteristics are obtained, and to enable simulation of postoperative cornea optical characteristics before corneal transplantation. The present invention provides: an image data generation unit (2) for generating an image of an eyeball which image can be edited on the basis of cornea analysis data; an operating unit (3) capable of performing a designation operation of designating, in the image of the eyeball of a recipient (11), a position and a cut-out shape of a portion to be subjected to corneal transplantation; an image processing unit (5) for generating, on the basis of the position and the cut-out shape, a cornea image of the portion to be subjected to corneal transplantation, eliminating, from the generated image of the eyeball of the recipient (11), the cornea image of the portion to be subjected to corneal transplantation, combining the image, obtained after the elimination, of the eyeball of the recipient (11), with a cornea image of the portion to be subjected to corneal transplantation which portion is to be taken from a donor (12), and rendering a combined image; and a control unit (4) for controlling the image processing unit (5) so as to calculate the radius of curvature of the cornea image including the portion of the recipient (11) which portion is to be subjected to corneal transplantation and which portion corresponds to the designation operation, and reflect the result of the calculation in a corneal transplantation image.
