An apparatus for eliminating non-linearity of a self-interference signal in a frequency domain according to the present invention comprises a precompensator configured to: receive a reference signal from a baseband transmitting end; perform precompensation on the reference signal by using a self-interference channel function; and transmit the signal to which the precompensation has been applied. The self-interference channel function can be determined using the reference signal and a received signal which goes through a baseband conversion after the reference signal is radiated through a transmit antenna and then received by a receive antenna.
