The present invention relates to an independent device for supplying rainwater as drinking water, having integrated rainwater collection and water purification functions and using a solar cell panel, the solar cell panel helping collection of rainwater and concentrating sunlight. The device comprises: a hexahedral hollow housing; a solar cell panel, rotatably connected to the upper end portion of the housing, for opening and closing the upper surface of the housing; a water collecting panel disposed at the bottom of the solar cell panel and extending lengthwise along the upper end portion of the housing; and a water tank including an inlet for guiding collected rainwater from the water collecting panel and an outlet for discharging introduced rainwater to the outside. In addition, the present invention may include: water purification equipment for sterilizing rainwater supplied from the water tank; a storage battery for storing electricity generated from the solar cell panel; an inverter for converting direct current electricity into alternating current electricity; and a control unit for controlling and adjusting the operation of each functional part.
