The eaglewood sachet is prepared through the following steps: washing 34-44 parts by weight of aquilaria sinensis, 24-34 parts by weight of incense tree and 24-34 parts by weight of agilawood, drying and mixing these materials, adding auxiliary materials to the mixed materials, coating the obtained mixture by using a gauze and sewing the gauze. By means of the eaglewood sachet, the sleeping can be improved, the physical fitness can be enhanced and the fatigue can be eliminated.
