Disclosed is a primary-secondary type surgical anastomosis magnetic ring. A secondary ring (1) and a primary ring (2) are both of an elliptic or round ring structure, the secondary ring (1) and the primary ring (2) are mutually connected and located by two or more fastening structures (3) on the primary ring (2), discontinuous grooves (6) are formed in the ring surface where the primary ring (2) is in contact with the secondary ring (1), and a press incline (7) is formed on the outer periphery of the ring surface. The primary ring (2) comprises an elliptic or round primary ring sleeve (8), and an elliptic or round primary magnetic ring (9), which corresponds to the primary ring sleeve (8) and is made of magnetic materials, the primary ring sleeve (8) is of an annular U-groove structure, the primary magnetic ring (9) is embedded into the annular U-groove structure, and the discontinuous grooves (6), the press incline (7) and the fastening structures (3) are all formed on the corresponding sleeve surfaces of the primary ring sleeve (8). The secondary ring (1) comprises an elliptic or round secondary ring sleeve (10), and an elliptic or round secondary magnetic ring (11), which corresponds to the secondary ring sleeve (10) and is made of magnetic materials, the secondary ring sleeve (10) is of an annular U-groove structure, and the secondary magnetic ring (11) is embedded into the annular U-groove structure. The magnetic ring is capable of preventing early falling of the magnetic ring due to rapid increase of magnetic force with tissue healing and thinning between magnetic rings, and preventing the dislocation of the secondary ring (1) and the primary ring (2).
