METHOD FOR SEAMLESS INLAYING OF METAL AND ACETATE FIBRE BOARD

A method for seamless inlaying of a metal and an acetate fibre board, the steps of which comprise: providing a metal decoration (1) and manufacturing the metal decoration (1) into a desired shape; providing an acetate fibre board and preliminarily baking the acetate fibre board, and carving a groove on the surface of the preliminarily baked acetate fibre board according to the outline dimension of the metal decoration (1); placing the metal decoration (1) in the groove on the surface of the acetate fibre board, and baking the metal decoration (1) and the acetate fibre board a second time; placing the metal decoration (1) and the acetate fibre board after being baked the second time into a mould of an extrusion equipment for extrusion; and placing the extruded metal decoration (1) and acetate fibre board in a water cooling machine for cooling. The metal is seamlessly inlaid into the acetate fibre board in the method, and the quality is stable.
