The invention relates to a cosmetic composition as a hair fixative or for temporarily shaping keratin fibers, in particular human hair, and for keratin fiber care, said composition having a heating effect. The cosmetic composition of the invention contains at least one polyethylene glycol comprising 4 to 20 oxyethylene units, a copolymer composed of hydrogenated castor oil and an n-alkyl dicarboxylic acid comprising 4 to 10 C atoms, and (c) at least one film-forming agent.
