A drill pipe (20) for the construction of a belled threaded pile, pile driver (10) having the drill pipe (20), and construction method of the belled threaded pile; the drill pipe (20) comprises an inner pipe (102), an outer pipe (101), a bottom cover (103) and a plurality of drill tips (108); the outer pipe (101) is sleeved outside the inner pipe (102); the bottom cover (103) is detachably engaged with a lower end of the inner pipe (102); the plurality of drill tips (108) is pivotally mounted on the outer pipe (101) between a folded position and an unfolded position at the perimeter of the outer pipe (101); and when being at the folded position, the front one of two adjacent drill tips (108) has an overlapping joint with the rear one on the perimeter of the outer pipe (101). The drill pipe (20) has the functions of drilling a hole, protecting a wall and expanding a hole, and is suitable to form a hole in a complex and unstable soil layer.
