Disclosed in an embodiment of the present invention is a conference joining method, comprising: acquiring a conference number of a conference and a list of participants; receiving a first call request initiated by a second user equipment; a called number in the first call request is a number of a first user equipment; determining whether the first user equipment is in the conference, if yes, determining whether the first user equipment is an initiator of the conference and whether a second user equipment is a participant of the conference according to the participant list, if yes, initiating a second calling request to a conference service server, a calling number of the second calling request being the number of the second user equipment, and the called number being the conference number, so as to enable the conference service server to add the second user equipment to the conference. Disclosed in the embodiment of the present invention are also a conference invitation method, related device and system. The present invention can improve the probability of a user callback resulting in joining the conference.
