[Problem] To calculate an orientation angle with high precision. [Solution] A navigation state calculation device 10 in which reception units 11A, 11B, 11C, and 11D use a positioning signal received by antennas 100A, 100B, 100C, and 100D to output calculation data used in the calculation of a navigation state including an orientation angle. A phase difference calculation unit 12 calculates the single phase difference of a base line from the calculation data output from the reception units 11A, 11B, 11C, and 11D. An orientation angle calculation unit 131 calculates an orientation angle using the calculation data and the single phase difference. On the basis of the positional relationship of the base line and a positioning satellite, a calculation condition determination unit 132 determines a contribution degree for the calculation data in accordance with a component of the orientation angle, said contribution degree being for use during calculation of the orientation angle. The orientation angle calculation unit 131 uses the contribution degree to calculate the orientation angle.
