To this end, the present invention comprises: a step for enabling the flight vehicle (10), which has the jammer (4), a laser distance meter (6), a camera (8) and the like mounted thereon, to fly at an altitude of 300 m; a step for enabling the tester (12), which has the navigation system (2) and a GPS receiver (14) mounted thereon, to fly at an altitude of 100 m after the step for enabling the flight vehicle (10) to fly; step for enabling the jammer (4) of the flight vehicle (10) to transmit the jamming signal after the step for enabling the tester (12) to fly; a step for enabling the GPS receiver (14) to receive a GPS signal when the tester (12) is influenced by the jamming signal after the step for transmitting the jamming signal; and a step for enabling the tester (12) to determine the performance of the navigation system (2), which is influenced by the jamming signal, after the step for receiving the GPS signal.
