A collagen-hydroxyapatite nerve scaffold comprising a scaffold membrane (1) and a degradable metal wire (2) wrapped by the scaffold membrane (1). The primary constituents of the scaffold membrane (1) are collagen, nerve growth factor (NGF), and hydroxyapatite. The artificial nerve scaffold manufactured per the method has great mechanical properties, is biodegradable, provides a three-dimensional structure required for neuroregeneration, also allows sustained release of the NGF, and has profound significance in neurorestoration.
