MULTIFACTOR ANALYZER FOR ELECTRIC CHARGE QUANTITY OF SEPARATED PARTICLE

A multifactor analyzer for electric charge quantity of a separated particle comprises a transparent sealing container (1), an axial flow fan (6) installed in the transparent sealing container (1), a loaded cylinder board (2), a track board (3), a dual screw rod (4), a double-shaft electrical machine (5), a parallel polar plate and so on. The direction of the rotation of the top thread of the dual screw rod (4) is opposite to that of the bottom thread, so that the distance between the loaded cylinder board (2) and the track board (3) is increased or decreased during the rotation of the dual screw rod (4). The analyzer measures the electric charge quantity of the particle entered in an inner cylinder (23) and the electric charge quantity of the particle after leaving a particle bed by simulating a controllable environmental factor in the transparent sealing container (1) by use of the inner cylinder (23) and an outer cylinder (21) of a Faraday cylinder and an electrometer (25), and analyzes the influence of the external environmental factor, a particle physical parameter and a geometrical parameter on the carried charge quantity by adjusting the environmental variable in the closed transparent sealing container (1).
