A self-floating seafloor heat flow long-term observation station comprises a recycling unit (1), a discarding unit (2) and a cable cutting mechanism (3). The recycling unit (1) is provided with a recycling support, the recycling support is internally provided with two acoustic release transponders (13), the bottoms of the acoustic release transponders (13) are provided with hooks capable of being closed (131), and the recycling support is provided with floating balls (14) in a carrying mode.
