METHOD FOR WELDING AND REPAIRING RACK CRACK OF FOUR-ROLL PLATE BENDING MACHINE

A method for welding and repairing a rack crack of a four-roll plate bending machine comprises the following steps: 1) polishing; 2) pre-heating 3) welding; 4) thermal treatment after welding; and 5) polishing a welding seam after welding. By using the welding and repairing method, a repaired rack can return to normal use and basically reach or be close to an original level.
