The present invention provides a dynamic-image reproduction method, a dynamic-image reproduction device, and a computer-readable storage medium having a dynamic-image reproduction program stored therein with which it is possible to simultaneously reproduce a plurality of dynamic images in one smart device, and to move, enlarge, and shrink the dynamic images within the screen of the smart device. This dynamic-image reproduction device is provided with, e.g., an operation unit for performing an operation pertaining to the reproduction of a dynamic image, a control unit for controlling a request from the operation unit, and a display unit for displaying the dynamic image in accordance with the control performed by the control unit. The control unit: generates a first dynamic image display view that constitutes the region in which the dynamic image shown on the display unit can move; generates, on top of the first dynamic image display view, a second dynamic image display view for enabling the dynamic image to move; reproduces the dynamic image in the second dynamic image display view; acquires, on the basis of the coordinates of the four corners of the second dynamic image display view, the pre-movement position of the dynamic image selected via the operation unit; calculates the post-movement position of the dynamic image moved via the operation unit by adding the amount of movement of the dynamic image to the coordinates of the four corners of the second dynamic image display view; and displays the dynamic image at the post-movement position.
