Disclosed are a multifunctional health nursing machine and a nursing method thereof, comprising a box body (1) and a slide door (2) mounted on the box body (1), wherein a support board (101) is vertically installed inside the box body (1) close to a backboard, the support board (101) is connected between a left and a right sideboard of the box body (1), and an air channel is formed between the support board (101) and the backboard of the box body (1); a vapour evaporation hole (106) and an air inlet hole (107) are provided on the box body (1), an air supply fan (108) is mounted inside the vapour evaporation hole (106), and a filter is mounted on the air inlet hole (107); and a far-infrared generation device (102) is mounted on the surface of the support board (101) facing towards the backboard of the box body (1). The multifunctional health nursing machine has a convenient usage and is capable of nursing both clothes and the human body.
