Provided is an alloy powder, used for directly 3D-printing metal components, said alloy powder being iron-based alloy microspheres formed by nano-aluminum bonded to an oxidized iron surface by means of a thin layer of tin powder; the microspheres have a particle diameter of 2-10 microns and a sphericity of greater than 95%; the alloy is 60-70 parts by weight of iron oxide, 30-40 parts by weight of nano-aluminum, and 0.1-0.5 parts by weight of tin powder. Also provided is an alloy powder preparation method, used for preparing the described alloy powder used for directly 3D-printing metal components. When being used for directly 3D-printing a metal component, the alloy powder remedies, by means of the gradual reduction of iron oxides by aluminum, the structural deformation caused by direct melting and forming of metal; cooling and crystallization is uniform, the aluminum oxide that is formed improves the strength of molded parts, and the final product has a reduced porosity and good compactness, and may be used for directly 3D-printing high-precision and complex-shaped metal components.
