In vehicles, use is made of manual gearboxes for changing the transmission ratio between traction engine and driven wheels. It is an object of the present invention to propose a manual gearbox section for a vehicle, which manual gearbox section constitutes an alternative in relation to the prior art. For this purpose, a manual gearbox section (2) for a vehicle (1) having a section input (4), having a section output (5), having a freewheel device (11), wherein the freewheel device (11) is arranged in a freewheel torque path (FM) between the section input (4) and the section output (5), and having a clutch device (10) is proposed, wherein the clutch device (10) is arranged in a clutch torque path (KM) between the section input (4) and the section output (5), wherein the clutch torque path (KM) forms a bypass path with respect to the freewheel device (11) and/or the freewheel torque path (FM), wherein the freewheel device (11) is in the form of a rotational-speed-dependent freewheel device (11), wherein the freewheel device (11) is in a freewheeling state at a first rotational speed and is in a coupled state at a second rotational speed, wherein the second rotational speed is higher than the first rotational speed.
