Provided are a rotational power amplifying device that significantly improves efficiency in generating power obtained by rotation while continuously generating power, a rotation-type power generator having the rotational power amplifying device, and an electricity generator having the rotational power amplifying device. The rotational power amplifying device comprises: a main shaft the center axis of which is horizontally set; a main rotating body supported by the main shaft and rotatable around the center axis of the main shaft; and a repulsive-force generating mechanism having a repulsive-force generating member that is set around the center axis and that is displaceable around the center axis, in which the repulsive-force generating member is displaced by the rotation of the main rotating body to generate a repulsive force, and thereby the main rotating body is rotated. The rotation-type power generator and the electricity generator are each provided with the power amplifying device.
