Doosan Infracore Portable Power (DIPP) has repowered its Ingersoll Rand branded mobile generator series, upgrading to higher tier engines throughout the line. The generator series comprises 10, 25 to 570 kVA models powered by Mitsubishi engines on the lower range, John Deere engines in the midrange and Cummins engines at the top end. DIPP produces its generator family at its Statesville, N.C., facility and targets its mobile range to construction, rental and specialty applications. The company also has a line of portable generators ranging from 2 to 7 kW powered by Honda GC and GX series gasoline engines rated 5 to 13 hp at 3600 rpm:
