METHOD OF BREATHING MORE SMOOTHLY WHEN SLEEPING ON BED

A method of breathing more smoothly when sleeping on a bed, comprising placing a container (3) having a hollow cavity under a pillow (1) as an air cavity. The container (3) is not placed on a mattress (5), but instead is placed directly on a bed board (9). Above (on the top surface of) the container (3) are provided vertical ventilation docking holes (6). The pillow (1) is also provided with vertical ventilation holes (2). Upon use, the vertical ventilation holes (2) in the pillow (1) are aligned to and in communication with holes in the container (3). Side surfaces or the bottom surface of the container also need to be provided with holes. The container is directly or via a pipeline communicated with an air space of the side surfaces or the bottom surface. The method improves the problem of vertical ventilation on a pillow, enables a user to breathe more smoothly in sleep, promotes sleep and healthy, and reduces snoring.
