The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cationically photopolymerizable composition which is capable of ensuring a sufficient working life, while being capable of reducing the curing completion time required after the elapse of the working life, and which is able to suppress the occurrence of bleeding after curing. A cationically photopolymerizable composition according to the present invention contains, as essential components, (A) a polyfunctional epoxy compound having two or more epoxy groups in each molecule, (B) a monofunctional epoxy compound having one epoxy group in each molecule, (C) a photocation generator and (D) an oxetane compound. At least one of the component (A) and the component (B) contains an epoxy compound ((A1) or (B1)) that has a polyether skeleton in each molecule. The mass ratio of the component (A) to the component (B), namely component (A):component (B) is within the range of from 90:10 to 30:70.
