Provided is a wireless orthodontic adjunctive treatment instrument; the wireless orthodontic adjunctive treatment instrument comprises: an oral cavity interior part, comprising a dental base (1) and a wireless receiving unit (11), said wireless receiving unit (11) being mounted on said dental base (1); and an oral cavity exterior part, comprising a wireless transmission unit (2) and a control unit (21); there is no lead connection between the wireless transmission unit (2) and the wireless receiving unit (11); the wireless transmission unit (2) comprises a first LC resonant circuit, and the first LC resonant circuit has a first resonant frequency; the wireless receiving unit (11) comprises a second LC resonant circuit, and the second LC resonant circuit has a second resonant frequency. The ultrasonic waves produced by the treatment instrument are capable of accelerating the movement of teeth during the orthodontic process, thus reducing the time for orthodontics, easing the pain experienced by the patient, and reducing the root resorption index, while also facilitating the restoration of resorbed roots.
