ELECTRIC VEHICLE INTELLIGENT HEATER SYSTEM HAVING PTCR-XTHM ELECTRIC HEATING CHIP AS HEAT SOURCE

An electric vehicle intelligent heater system having a PTCR-xthm electric heating chip as a heat source. The system comprises a PTCR-xthm electric heating chip heat source main engine (1), an ECU (2), a heat storage-purpose safe constant-temperature and constant-pressure device (3), a coolant tank (4), a variable pump (5) and a heat exchanger (6). The PTCR-xthm electric heating chip heat source main engine (1), the heat storage-purpose safe constant-temperature and constant-pressure device (3), the heat exchanger (6), the coolant tank (4), the variable pump (5), and the PTCR-xthm electric heating chip heat source main engine (1) are sequentially connected; the ECU (2) is connected to and controls the PTCR-xthm electric heating chip heat source main engine (1), the heat exchanger (6) is provided with a temperature sensor, and a signal output end of the temperature sensor is connected to the ECU. A medium is heated to a set temperature when flowing through an electric heating chip heat source module, the water temperature can be adjusted and controlled within 100°C, and the saturation temperature can be adjusted and controlled within 180°C.
