A data query method in a crossing-partition database, and a crossing-partition query device. The method comprises: receiving a query request, wherein the query request comprises a query condition, and querying statistics information of partition databases where two tables related to associated operations are located; sending, according to the statistics information and the query condition, a driving table query request to a partition database where a driving table is located, and receiving a first query result set returned by the partition database where the driving table is located, wherein one of the two tables related to the associated operations is a driving table and the other is a non-driving table; performing deduplication of associated fields in the first query result set, and sending a result set delivery request and deduplicated associated fields to a partition database where the non-driving table is located; and sending a non-driving table query request to the partition database where the non-driving table is located, and receiving a second query result set returned by the partition database where the non-driving table is located. The efficiency of querying data in the crossing-partition database is improved.
