The invention relates to a device for attaching a rod (9) of an osteosynthesis apparatus to a bone of a patient, including a screw (1) provided with a head (3) having a spherical portion, characterised in that it includes a pin (6) which can be snap-fit onto said head (3), said pin (6) including a threaded rod (7) and a recess (12) shaped so as to surround the head (3) while allowing the rotation thereof inside said recess (12), said recess (12) including means for snap-fitting the pin (6) onto the head (30); in that it includes a connector (8) for the rod (9), said connector (8) including a side appendix (18) for gripping said rod (9) of the osteosynthesis apparatus; in that it includes an opening (20) allowing said rod (9) of the osteosynthesis apparatus or the side appendix (18) to engage with the head (3) of the screw (1) or with an intermediate portion placed between the pin (6) and the head (3) of the screw (1); and in that it includes a nut (8) intended for being screwed onto the threaded rod (7) of the pin (6) and for locking said device and the rod (9) of the osteosynthesis apparatus once tightened.
