RCS PUBLIC PLATFORM-BASED SERVICE PROCESSING METHOD AND DEVICE

Disclosed is an RCS public platform-based service processing method, comprising: receiving a public account and a post transmitted by a client, and adding the post to forum data corresponding to the public account; and updating, according to the forum data, the forum data corresponding to the public account in a database thereof, such that a public account user can promptly view the post transmitted by an associated user in the forum corresponding to the public account. Also disclosed is an RCS public platform-based service processing device. In the RCS public platform-based service processing method and device provided in the present invention, the associated user issues a new post or issues a response post in the forum corresponding to the followed public account, thus interacting and communicating with other associated users following the public account, thereby the associated user has a high level of participation and a good service experience.
