The present invention relates to a kit for cultivation of garlic sprout. More specifically, a kit for cultivation of garlic sprout according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: an upper lid cover including at least one port with a space for cultivation of the garlic sprout; a lower tray including a nutrient solution storing chamber for soaking at least one port, into which the garlic sprout is inserted, to a predetermined portion of the port in a nutrient solution when coupled with the upper lid cover; and a nutrient solution purification filter and a nutrient solution circulation pump, which are respectively formed in separated spaces between a lower end portion of the nutrient solution storing chamber and a lower end portion of the lower tray, wherein the nutrient solution flowing into the nutrient solution storing chamber can be purified every predetermined period through the nutrient solution circulation pump and the nutrient solution purification filter.
