The present disclosure relates to a video detection method, a video detection system, and a computer program product able to implement detection of living human bodies. The video detection method comprises: acquiring video data collected by a video data collection apparatus; on the basis of the video data, determining an object to be detected; acquiring a signal to be detected corresponding to the object to be detected; and determining whether the signal to be detected is a physiological signal of a living body, the signal to be detected being a frequency-domain signal of the video data corresponding to the object to be detected.
