The present invention relates to a concrete structure body for constructing a building floor, and a building floor construction structure including the same. The present invention provides a concrete structure body for constructing a building floor, and a building floor construction structure including the same, wherein the concrete structure body for constructing a building floor and forming a building floor foundation comprises: a concrete body in which firefighting water for fire suppression is stored; and a firefighting water spraying unit for spraying the firefighting water stored in the concrete body. The present invention can extinguish a fire at an early stage since the firefighting water is stored in the concrete structure body, itself, for forming the building floor, facilitates the building floor construction, has an excellent floor sound-insulation property, and the like.
