Disclosed are a manufacturing method of deer antlers soup for implantation and a deer antlers soup for implantation manufactured thereby. The disclosed manufacturing method of deer antlers soup for implantation comprises: a step for producing a first mixed drug by mixing; a step for producing a second mixed drug by mixing the first mixed drug with yeast fungus of one liter and sugar of 300g at room temperature; a step for fermenting the produced second mixed drug in a pottery for two weeks at 36C; and a step for producing powder formulation by drying only the fermented drug with a warm current after removing fermented broth from the fermented drug.
