The present invention relates to a hydrogel for regenerating heart and tissue in myocardial infarction and a producing method thereof and, more specifically, to a hydrogel for promoting heart tissue regeneration that secretoneurin having cysteine in a C end is immobilized on an acrylated hyaluronic acid and a producing method thereof. According to the present invention, it is used as a composition for regenerating tissue capable of using myocardial infarction reconstruction by stimulating cellular activity due to slowly releasing a secretoneurin peptide by decomposing the hydrogel that the secretoneurin peptide having an angiogenic property is immobilized in a body.
