AIMP2-DX2-34S PROTEIN AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

The present invention relates to AIMP2-DX2-34S protein and a method for preparing the same and, more specifically, to: AIMP2-DX2-34S protein including amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; a nucleic acid molecule coding for the AIMP2-DX2-34S protein; a recombinant vector including the nucleic acid molecule; a transformed microorganism transformed with the recombinant vector; a method for preparing the AIMP2-DX2-34S protein which includes a step for culturing the transformed microorganism; and a method for using the same for developing an AIMP2-DX2-34S protein-specific antibody and a new drug. The AIMP2-DX2-34S protein of the present invention has not only identical activities with AIMP2-DX2, but a high solubility without generating aggregation between purified proteins, thereby being very effective for mass producing proteins. Therefore, the mass production and purified AIMP2-DX2-34S proteins can be usefully used in a protein crystal production which is a necessary step for developing a new drug based on a structure, and for determining a three-dimensional structure of the AIMP2-DX2-34S protein by X-ray crystallography, thereby being able to be industrially applied.
