The present invention relates to an oil injection single screw air compressor capable of remarkably reducing noise, vibration, and improve durability wherein oil is mixed into a compressed air generated by air injected from the outside; and an oil film formed and sealed such that air is compressed. The present invention comprises: a main screw rotor (5) located on a center of an air end housing (1); two gate rotors (16) located on a left and a right side to be symmetrical; an air suction unit (13) located on the outside, sucking air from the outside; an air discharge unit (14) discharging the generated compressed air; a driving shaft (4) protruding outside of the housing (1) receiving rotational power from the outside of the housing (1); and a bilateral symmetrical gate rotor (16) pressing the air by being integrally connected to the main screw rotor (5) rotating in the housing (1) by being engaged with the driving shaft (4), and receiving a rotational force.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
