摘要

The present invention relates to an extract of sea cucumber and sea urchin, a method for manufacturing the same, and a health functional food and cosmetic product using the same. The method of the present invention comprises: a first step for removing viscera of sea cucumber and shells of sea urchin, and grinding the same; a second step for mixing a resultant material in the first step with purified water; a third step for additionally mixing cytase and protease in the material mixed with the purified water; and a fourth step for putting the mixed material in the third step in an enzymatic reactor, and decomposing the same. The material mixed in the first step to the third step comprises: 20 to 60 wt% of the sea cucumber; 10 to 40 wt% of the sea urchin; 20 to 60 wt% of the purified water; 0.1 to 5 wt% of the cytase; and 0.1 to 5 wt% of the protease.
