The present invention relates to a remote frequency treatment system and, more specifically, to a remote frequency treatment system which is capable of combining complex associated natural waves that belong to each component of a human body based on natural waves from all components of the human body, and enabling remote frequency treatment by using the combined frequencies. The remote frequency treatment system using the frequency combination based on human body natural waves, according to the present invention, comprises: a local frequency device; and a remote administration server. The local frequency device: measures natural frequencies by specific areas of the human body through a human body natural frequency analyzer; classifies the measured natural frequencies by specific areas or diseases and analyzes the same; transmits the analysis data to the remote administration server; receives result data obtained by comparing the analysis data with reference data from the remote management server; and performs a human body natural frequency treatment on a user by a human body natural frequency treatment device. The remote administration server: codes a large classification code, classified by specific areas of the human body or diseases, and a small classification code having two or more detailed classification natural frequencies included in the large classification code, and stores the same as reference data; compares the analysis data transmitted from the local frequency device with the reference data; draws result data by specific areas of the human body or diseases, which require treatment; and transmits the result data to the local frequency device.
